Filtek CK600 series oil purification skids are ideally suited for applications requiring efficient contamination removal to sub micron level. Lube oil, turbine oil, gear box oil, neat cutting oil, and fluids for honing, grinding, polishing and washing machines , waste vegetable oil, wire drawing machhines are some of the typical applications where fluid cleanliness is very important for Prolonging its life as well as those of the machines.

CK600 will address fluid capacities from 1000 litres to 4000 litres. The portable and Compact skid consists of a gear pump and motor with necessary hoses and fittings. A non return valve and a pressure relief valve are also provided. The front facia houses an Hourmeter, pressure gauge and a start/stop switch. The heart of the system is a centrifuge which gets the drive from the pressure of the fluid.

Contamination removal down to 0.2 micron is achieved due to the tremendous centrifugal force acting on the contaminant paricle, generated by the rotor rpm.
