Installation of the centrifuge in most cases is relatively simple. We have over 25 years experience of retrofitting centrifuges in the marine, construction, mining, railway, industrial, truck and bus sectors. Your local distributor will give you full assistance in the installation of our centrifuge to your engine. We endeavour to provide the full service, rather than just a sale, unlike many of our competitors.



Engine Installations


From your details, we will match a centrifuge to suit your engine. We need to consider the lube-oil system capacity (sump size) and oil flow-rate from oil pump to optimise the benefits achievable from our centrifuge. This we refer to as the cleaning efficiency, based on the volume of oil passing through the centrifuge per hour.


The centrifuge is a by-pass filter so for engine applications, we require a tap in to the engine oil flow from the oil pump. In most cases this is relatively simple as there are provision points already on the engine. Oil pressures should not exceed 7 bar and we do not recommend utilising more than 10% of the total oil flow, so as not to cause starvation to the engine and its components. Once circulated through our centrifuge, the oil returns via a gravity drain to the sump.
Industrial Fluids Installations

A specially developed range (CK), can be utilised on your equipment to best effect by generally providing a slave pump to supply the centrifuge with fluid from your existing tank(s). Where required we can also supply a secondary cleaning tank if required.


Performance of the centrifuge works on the same basic principle as with the oil engine applications described above.
